When you purchase multiple items, there is a $2/ITEM S/H DISCOUNT on the ADDITIONAL items. (Hence, 1st item's s/h at full price & then $2 off each additional item's s/h thereafter.)
The S/H COSTS include: Original S/H CHARGES in order to OBTAIN the item, LIST/SELL the item, SMALL STOCKING-INVENTORY-INVOICING FEES & PACKAGING of the item. In addition, BOX or PADDED ENVELOPE, TAPE, LABELS & PACKING STYROFOAM when necessary. As well as the ACTUAL POSTAGE itself & VERY PROMPT SHIPPING: mail within ONE business day from receipt of payment & all other necessary info (color choice, address). PLEASE NOTE: UNPAID REMINDERS are sent 2 weeks from purchase date on any unpaid items (unless notified previously of a "PROMISE TO PAY" date). These will be CLOSED 30 days from purchase date.
If you are not satisfied w/ the item that you purchased, you have 10 working days to return the item for a FULL refund for the price of the item (note: this does NOT include any of the S/H charges already paid & those of returning the item). It is assumed that the product will be returned in the SAME condition (W/ TAGS) that it was originally shipped. Any item returned COD will have that amounted deducted from the refund amount. A "MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO END TRANSACTION" is submitted once a returned item has either been received or after receiving an email from buyer indicating that they will be returning an item. All refunds will be given AFTER that MUTUAL AGREEMENT has been closed/agreed upon by both parties (buyer & seller). If a buyer does not close/agree upon such, then they either won't be eligible to receive their refund (which is the purpose of that MUTUAL AGREEMENT) &/or any ebay fees will have to be taken out of any refund issued.
