No. We do not ship internationally.
Do you ship air cargo to the nearest airport near me?
Yes. However there is a minimum order of $300 and to only major airports in the Continental U.S.A. only. It is your (the customer's) responsibility to pick up shipment at destination airline's cargo facility. Please email us for shipping fee.
I paid already. When am I going to receive my koi?
We ship once a week, no later then Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Your koi(s) are packed in double heavy-duty bags pumped with oxygen. Also we use styrofoam installation along with ice packaging if order(s) is going to destinations of very warm/hot climate.
What is the sales tax?
California residents are charged a 8.275% sales tax. All other states, no sales tax.
