The shirt is as described. It was not exactly what I was expecting. Calvin Klein has a very soft Liquid Touch Polo that is so soft. Apparently they have changed the fabric initially used. This new liquid touch polo uses a different fabric combination that is not nearly as soft or comfortable. It is still a told shirt. The seller did nothing wrong.
