I will provide my buyers with as positive an eBay experience as I can manage. I take great pride in my reputation as a seller (and a buyer!) and I do my best to make my trading partners happy.
I believe in prompt payment and prompt shipping, backed up by good communication. Most eBay-related difficulties are usually the result of misunderstandings or lost emails and they can generally be worked out if everyone's willing to try.
I mail out the majority of my items within 48 hours of payment and I rarely go past 3 days, depending on holidays, of course. I will always send you a confirmation of payment email and an email letting you know when I've shipped your item.
I'm a big believer in combined shipping and I make sure I offer my customers the best shipping deals I can. I don't list a flat shipping discount in my auctions because, depending on the items, I can usually do better than a small percentage off. Please message me to ask about the rates I can offer for your multiple purchases.
I have a real 'thing' about packaging - I've had too many items come to me bent and torn because of inadequate packaging. I make a real effort to ensure that anything I mail out is going to make it to my buyer in as good a shape as when it left me. Whenever I can, I use cardboard mailers, or if an item won't fit, I put carboard in the package to reinforce it and (hopefully)prevent bending and folding. It might cost a little more in shipping charges (I add about $1 - $1.50 in handling/materials charges), but I think it's worth it in the end. And looking at my feedback, I think a lot of my buyers agree :)
Please let me know when your purchase has arrived, either by email or positive feedback if everything is satisfactory. If there is any problem with your item(s) upon receipt, please give me the chance to make it right BEFORE leaving feedback. It's important to me that my customers are satisfied. All feedback left for me is returned within a few days.
