Communication: Insulting response from the seller for assuming the ad was for 3 binders as it reads. Seller acknowledged that the "s" on "binder" was a typo but misstated that the ad clearly says 3 "rings" which it does not - there is no "s" on "ring" in the ad, and went on to say that no one sells (3) at that price. I had looked for (3) as advertised - not (1) - and contacted the seller. Even had the mistake been mine, the real issue is to be responded to with kind dignity, not insult.

3 Round 1'' ring(s) means binder which has 3 rings not 3 binders. A general binder has 2,3,4,7, or more rings. There was a typo ''s'' in listing. There was an offer of %100 Full refund; customer refused that offer. We had %100 positive feedback. If explanation is Insult response; well that is up to you to decide.
