Excellent customer service! I had question about part (differential carrier locking) before I made the purchase and they were very quick to answer. No photo of the actual item and I was skeptical that I would not get a locking carrier but item arrived and it was a locking differential so no need to return the item, thank goodness! Shipping was fast but they shipped the Diff on a small wood pallet that was steel banded instead of a well padded box, poor delivery person..lol

Great seller! Item wasn't exactly as described from pic, but was more (better) than expected as it came with the mount! Ship time was fair and packaging was very well done. Installed the item the following day after receiving, and the vehicle is working like a champ again with NO ANNOYING "SERVICE RSC NOW" ALARM! That alarm will drive you nuts, as your driving.
