I have tried to make sure each item is represented as clear as possible, however they may be a time when a mistake occurs, please let me know if this happens, it will be corrected. I ship 3 days a week, Mon, Wed, & Fri. I always have my shipment ready to go by 7 am on shipping days, please have payment made 8 pm Eastern the night before scheduled shipping days. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS ON COSMETICS. PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS FROM END OF AUCTION DATE, 10 DAYS FOR MONEY ORDER/CASHIERS CHECK.

Q:What is your return policy?
A:No Return No Refund for Buyers Remorse. If I make a mistake I will correct it. I cannot accept returns on Cosmetics due to Health Concerns. All my products are Authentic.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes, I love to combine shipping on multiple purchases.. Please wait for an invoice for combine shipping. All Purchases MUST be Paid for on ONE Invoice for Shipping Discount
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Please have your Payment in by 8 PM the night before scheduled shipping days for your products to be shipping on these days.. I cannot be responsible for slow delivery due to Postal Service. My Feedback speaks for itself on Fast Shipping!
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Handling Fees are included in Shipping Fees along with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is Optional for Purchases under $50.00 and Required for Purchases $50.00 and Up..
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:I do not ship to Germany due to New Laws concerning Cosmetics & etc. Customers are responsible for taxes/duties levied by your government. Please do not ask for your package to be marked as a gift on customs form. Please allow extra delivery time for your order to arrive from the United States, often 10-21 days.
Q:Do you leave feedback?
A:I enjoy leaving feedback, after the transaction is completed. Once I know that your product has arrived and you are happy with your purchase then the transaction is completed, I will then leave feedback for you. If there is a problem with your purchase, Please contact & give me a chance to solve any issues before leaving me Negative Feedback.
Q:Are you available for other questions, concerns that I may have?
A:Yes, I will try my very best to answer any concerns that you may have with any of my products. I am not at my computer at all times, however I will respond within an 8 hr peroid. I appreciate all interest in my products.
Q:When Can I Expect My Package ?
A:I ship with 24-48 hrs of payment received. Once I deliver your package to the PO, I cannot be responsible for the time it takes the Postal Service to deliver your Domestic or International package. International delivery time often take 10-21 days for arrival from United States
Q:Requirments for Shipping Perfumes
A:Canadian customs has seized perfumes in the past & does frown on perfumes being shipped into their country, therefore I do not ship perfumes to Canada. Please know if your government allows perfumes shipped to your country before purchasing. I am not responsible if perfumes are seized by customs in your country.
