| A:Yes, ALWAYS! With lightweight items like ornaments or makeup, it often costs no more to ship 2 or 3 together. It all depends on the final weight of the package. When it will save you money, I also offer multiple options such as parcel post, UPS and DHL. |

| A:Ebay's checkout system is helpful in giving you a correct total only if you buy a single item. I will invoice you within a few hours of your purchase with total & shipping options. |
| Q:What is the difference between 1st-class and priority mail shipping methods? |

| A:When an item is small enough and not overly fragile, I offer first-class mail in a padded envelope, since it will save you money. Items are bubble-wrapped, but if you want extra protection, then boxed priority mail is recommended. |

| A:I ship every day that the post office is open. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 days. International mail varies greatly, but usually arrives in about 10 days. |
| Q:What if my package is lost or damaged in the mail? |

| A:I pack VERY carefully and usually leave the choice up to you about whether to purchase postal insurance. If the package is not insured, then I cannot refund your money if something happens to it. If it is insured, then I will file all the necessary paperwork and assist you in getting a refund or a replacement if available, if you prefer. |

| A:Although it is usually the least expensive, first-class international mail does not offer insurance, so I cannot refund your money if your package is lost or damaged, when shipped by that method. Both priority mail and Express include up to $60 free postal insurance coverage. |
