A Little Bit About Me: I'm a stay at home mom/freelance designer and I volunteer at the local school. It's always nice to GIVE BACK to the community. For 20 years, I've been collecting a variety of doll and craft items and have been selling it on Ebay where I meet a lot of customers around the world. It's been wonderful doing business on Ebay- Thanks for your business, my family appreciates it!


Just a note: Some of the packing boxes I use are either factory bought or are recycled boxes. So don't be alarmed if you receive a cereal box or for large furniture I will even use a large HUGGIES diaper box. To me, as long as the boxes are strong and clean I can use them.Plus for inner packing sometimes I use bubble wrap or plain newspaper. SAVE A TREE! RECYCLE TODAY!!!


All items are inspected before shipping. Plus, you don't have to worry about items smelling like smoke. All items are 100% SMOKE and PET FREE.


Sorry for the delay in sending some items. I broke my hand last week and wasn't able to ship items especially since it was physically impossible and I am all alone doing it myself. If you have any questions feel free to ask and I can get you the tracking number. Srry again. Sincerely, Janet
Items are shipped out twice a week. All US and some International packages come with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address from stamps.com

Valid returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt by the customer. The item must be returned within 14 days from the time you receive it. Any item that was purchased after 14 days are NON-Returnable and NON-Refundable. If the item is returned broken I will not accept it. If you are terribly unsatisfied with the items, email me the reason why you want to return the item.( ALL SHIPPING FEES shall be paid at the buyer's expense) and I will refund you AN AMOUNT (minus all Ebay listing fees, Ebay Final Value Fees, Paypal Fees and the costs of shipping the item to you) The original shipping and handling is non-refundable in any situation.Shipping costs back to us is the responsibility of the customer NO EXCEPTIONS.
