Q: If I do not see what I want, how do I find out if it is available?
A: E-mail sales@winningrackets.com who can check with the manufacturers to see if the make and model of the product you are looking for is available.
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: You may e-mail our customer service center at sales@winningrackets.com if you have any questions about your order. One of our representatives will be happy to help you with any questions you have about your order. Please include your eBay user name and/or shipping contact information for any questions relating to a previously placed order.
Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Within 24 hours of shipment, 1-Stop Tennis & Squash will send you a confirmation of the shipment. This confirmation will contain your Carrier information and shipment tracking number. At this time you can log into the U.S. Postal Service or UPS web sites to track your order shipment.
Q: How do I change my order?
A: You must email sales at: sales@winningrackets.com. Changes can be made only before the item ships. If it ships you can receive it as shipped, or you can receive it and then request an RMA number to return the order for credit or exchange.
Q: I received something I did not order, what do I do?
A: Please e-mail our Customer Service Center at sales@winningrackets.com immediately. 1-Stop Tennis & Squash will make arrangements to pick up the product and return it to its point of origin.
Q: If I did not receive something I ordered, what do I do?
A: If you receive a partial delivery, check the shipping invoice to ensure the order was not sent as a partial order. An order may be split to allow shipment from separate locations. You will not be double charged if an order is sent with split shipping.
Q: Who do I contact if I have a question not answered by this FAQ?
