Do you offer combine shipping discount?
Yes we do offer combine shipping. However, to receive combine shipping discount, please wait until you are finished purchasing your last item to end prior to checkout. Our secure checkout system will automatically combine shipping for you.

How do you calculate shipping?
We combine shipping by taking the highest shipping cost and then use the additonal items cost listed with each of your other items to determine the total. In each listing you will find the s/h cost for the first item and s/h cost for each additional items. Example: When you buy 3 multiple items, the total s/h cost will be the highest s/h cost as the base price + the sum of each additional s/h cost. Let's say the highest s/h cost is $5.95 and each additional items s/h cost is $0.50 cents. In this case, your combine shipping will be $5.95 + 0.50 cents + 0.50 cents = $6.95 (You save $10.90 in shipping).

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 5 business days after the order is delivered. The refund is given as 90% cost of the item. Item must be returned in new unopened condition. Custom orders like wedding bouquet set and pew bows there're 20% restocking fees. S/H charges are not refundable to all returns. Please contact us before you send back the order.

What shipping service do you use?
We ship using USPS and UPS.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Most items (unless descriped in the auction) should be expecting the delivery within 5-10 buisness days. An email will be sent to you with confirmation # / tracking # soon the package is shipped.

We only ship to USA.
