Payment Methods & Options:
We gladly accept Paypal for eBay purchases. Payments are
due within 4 days of making your purchase; some items may require immediate
payment via Paypal.

We also accept credit and debit card payments directly in our
order checkout system (not through Paypal). Additional payment options may be
available.
Packaging & Handling:
When you shop with 1000 Jewelz, you can be confident that your
purchase(s) are packaged with the utmost in care. Every item is carefully and
lovingly hand-packed to ensure that it arrives to you in pristine condition.
Over 99% of all orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt
of a confirmed payment.
All items or orders are packaged either in padded mailers or
in cardboard boxes suitable for shipping. We do on occasion re-use packaging
that our incoming product orders have been shipped in. It's a small, but
effective way to preserve natural resources and reduce waste materials in our
landfills or recycling facilities.
Shipping & Insurance:
Your purchase(s) will be shipped via the US Postal Service or
UPS. First Class Mail is our standard service but other options and methods are
available to you including Priority Mail, Express Mail and UPS Express options.
We include shipping insurance at no additional charge on all US and Canadian
orders. We are working with our insurance provider to provide a low cost option
for our other international customers.
Estimated Delivery Timetables:
Most US orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days but
it can vary (we will send you a note when your order ships). During the Holiday
Season, please add 1 to 3 business days or more to this schedule.
For our
international customers, most orders are delivered within 10 to 15 business days
but it can vary widely especially during the Holiday Season. All of our
international customers should be advised that delays at Customs frequently
occur and we have absolutely no control over the respective Customs' processes or
timetables.
Lost or Damaged Package Claims:
We rarely have any problems with lost or damaged packages. If
your package unfortunately does not arrive within 15 calendar days for US
customers and within 30 days for International customers, please let us know and we will file
package tracking recovery requests and lost/damaged package insurance claims on your behalf. Once we have received approval on your claim, we will
ship out a replacement order to you. In the event that a replacement is not
available, we will issue a refund to you.
International Customers:
We ship worldwide! Shipping and insurance rates may vary by
location. The buyer is responsible for assuring that their purchase(s) can be
lawfully imported into their location or destination. The recipient is
considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations
of their country or destination. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of
the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied
by the destination country. The buyer/recipient is responsible for all import
taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your
country or destination. All charges for customs clearance must be borne by the
recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they
may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance
procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery
estimates.
Sales Taxes:
Virginia residents will have the 5.0% Virginia State
Sales tax automatically added to their orders.
