We will be CLOSED for our Annual Christmas Holidays on the 19th December 2013 at Noon until we return on the 2nd January 2014, all orders placed between these dates will be processed when we return on the 02/01/2013, please be aware that there maybe a delay in shipping your order once we have started back in January as we will have a back log of orders to fulfil, your patience will be appreciated.
INFORMATION regarding your delivery should you require any help:
If you have not received your order or a calling card within 10 days of your Dispatch Date then it will still be worth checking with your local Royal Mail Sorting Office as they may have your parcel awaiting collection, from our experience Postman have been known to forget to leave calling cards, also check with your neighbours as the postman can sometimes leave with them if you are out. If there is still no sign then please let me know via Ebay Messages and we will either dispatch a replacement order for you or offer you a refund when we have returned from our Christmas break.
INFORMATION regarding the return of your item:
We have full written return instructions on the bottom of our invoices: Returns address '100% cotton shop, Unit 3, Lincoln Park, Lincoln Way, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 1QD', please remember to add a note with your details on including your Name, address, ebay username, sales record number if you still have your invoice and also which size and colour you now require. We ask that a payment of £2.95 is made to help cover our costs of sending the new item to you, alternatively you can reorder your new size/colour and return the original order for a refund. We are now able to offer our customers the chance to take advantage of our special contract rates with Royal Mail, you can now purchase a Returns Label from us for £2.95 which in most cases will be less than you will pay at the Post Office. We understand how costly it can be to return an item so we are offering the returns label at cost. If you wish to purchase one then you will need to contact us via Ebay Messages, we will require payment via PayPal using our email address on your invoice or you can send a Cheque or Postal Order made payable to '100% cotton shop', alternatively you can ring us on 01200 414060 and pay by card when we return on the 02/01/2013. We will process your return once we have received your item back safely and once we have returned from our Christmas Holidays on the 02/01/2014
