When will I receive the tracking number for my item?
You will receive an email when your item is shipped. You can also find the tracking number in the order details in your ebay listing. If your item was shipped to a US address you can track it at fedex.com unless your address is an APO, FPO, in Hawaii, or in Alaska. If that is the case, you track your item at usps.com. All international orders can be tracked at usps.com.
Why is my tracking number not working (For international items shipped with the post office only)?
Sometimes the tracking number is not scanned properly after the package is checked in. It can also mean that there is a delay in customs and it is being held.
Can you change the value of the item for international shipments or mark the item as a “Gift” on customs declarations.
No, we cannot change the value nor can we declare the item a “Gift.”
Do I have to pay duties and taxes if I am an international customer?
You are responsible for any duties and taxes assessed by your government and also any brokerage fee assessed by the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after checkout?
To insure that there are no shipping errors, we do not allow any address changes after checkout.
Can I change my item, color or size after checkout?
In order to avoid any errors in processing your order, we are unable to change your order after it has been placed.

We charge 8.75% ONLY if your shipping address is in California, so for everywhere else there is no Sales Tax!
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are not available for international customers. We will gladly offer any customer a full refund if the product is defective. If the product is not to your liking, you may send the item back for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in same condition with all the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Is there a restocking fee when I send the product back for a refund?
There is no restocking fees, however customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If you originally opted for express shipping, the express shipping charges will not be refunded.
How do I exchange my item?
When you ship the item back please include your order number or eBay Item number, write down the size you would like to exchange for and if we have them in stock we will ship them to you. We suggest writing 2 or 3 different model numbers in the size you want just in the case the original model you bought are sold out.
