Exact item as shown was delivered on time and in good condition. Packaging was succinct and exactly what was needed and no more. The condition is new. Haven't hooked it up yet, but this is a simple 10 A PWM controller, it either works or it doesn't. Anyway, the seller did their part, the rest is up to Providence. Good Trade!
