Q: I just received my item and it doesn’t work, what do I do?
A: All our systems are fully tested before shipping however, sometimes during shipping issues can arise as a result of rough handling. Typically, this involves a cable or some other component coming loose during shipping. If you experience any issues with the item immediately after receiving the item please email our Technical Support team at computerstore199@aol.com or call 520-546-2363. They will be happy to help resolve the issue.
Q: My shipment had broken or missing items in it, what do I do?
A: Occasionally as a result of rough shipping, you may receive an item broken such as the keyboard, mouse, or speakers. Or perhaps an accessory was omitted, such as the CD kit or power cord. In these rare events, email us at computerstore199@aol.com with your eBay user name and item number and tell us what items were received broken or were missing and we’ll ship replacements for those items immediately.
Q: How do I contact technical support regarding an issue I’m having?
A: If you find or suspect something is wrong with your item contact us immediately via email at computerstore199@aol.com. This is very important as your email serves as documentation of when you first contacted us with the issue. You must contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of item to return an item for a refund and within 30 days for warranty service.
After emailing us with your eBay user name and item number and a detailed description of the issue, our technical support team will email you back with instruction on how to resolve the problem. Most issues can be resolved this way, in the rare event that the system will have to be returned for repair our technical support team will email you an RMA with instruction on how to return the item for service.
