Q: What are my Payment & Shipping Options?
A: In order to protect our customers from fraud, if you pay using PayPal we can only ship to your confirmed PayPal address. If you pay using a credit card, we can only ship to the credit cards bill-to address.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: No, unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside the continental US and Canada.
Q: I’d like to pay for my item using a credit card, what do I do?
A: To pay for an item using your credit card you can phone us at 520-546-2363. If no one answers, leave a message that you would like to pay for an item using your credit card and leave your eBay user name, item number and phone number and we’ll have someone contact you. Alternately you can email us at grupocomp2@aol.com with your information and a number to contact you and we’ll contact you.
Q: When will my item actually ship?
A: Most items ship within 3 business days of receipt of payment via PayPal or Credit Card.
Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: An email is automatically sent to you when our shipping department physically ships your system. This email will go to the email address you registered with eBay. Sometimes email clients will sort emails from us into bulk mail or spam folders, please check these folders if it appears you are not receiving emails from us.
