Q: What kind of warranty does my system come with?
A: 199 Computer Store provides a warranty on parts and labor for 30 Days. Warranty applies to hardware only, not software. Software issues are not covered.
An extended warranty up to 2 years is available through our partner company, Square Trade, at a small additional cost. For more information on an extended warranty, please contact Square Trade at www.squaretrade.com or click the icon at the bottom of your auction. An extended warranty can be purchased within the first 30 days after the auction ends..
Q: What if I need service for my item?
A: If you find or suspect something is wrong with your item, please contact us immediately via email at computerstore199@aol.com. This is important as your email serves as documentation of when you first contacted us with an issue. You must contact us via email within 30 days of receipt of item for warranty service. In your email let us know your eBay user name, and item number. Describe the nature of the issue in as much detail as possible. This will help the technician resolve the issue faster. Avioding generalized terminology like "item doesn’t work".
A technician will email you back within 1 business day with a resolution to your issue or arrangements will be made to have a technician call you to help resolve the problem. If it is determined your system needs to be returned to our facility for service, the technician will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) form. The completed RMA form must accompany the item upon return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will pay for the shipping of the item back out to the buyer.
Items are usually repaired/replaced and shipped back out within 72 hours of receipt.
