These filters were rusty and had dirt/dust inside them making them unusable. Clearly they have been sitting a very long time in an area that caused them to deteriorate. I would have thrown them out; returned to the seller.

These filters were provided to us for resale by a servicing dealer from their old stock inventory. Admittedly, we should have listed these as new old stock; however we have sold others that were apparently satisfactory for the buyers.
