I had a problem on the item I bought we couldn't solve in a satisfactory and fair manner. It was not matching the ad pictures (green and beige leaks of paint vs seller's pic), and assembled while listed as New so hard to confirm.
The seller offered to refund 11%, but when you're a collector it makes little sense. The seller also offered for me to send back the item however the total costs at risk of not being reimbursed would be 50% of item value, also making little sense. Then repeat.

Before receiving the goods, I had argued many times over the IOSS number. I had repeatedly stated that I had noted the number on the electronic manifest.
