Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

USPS 1st Class Air Mail Shipping can and does often take as long as 4-6 weeks. Shipments to Italy or France have been taking 4-8 weeks on a regular basis.

eBay's "Get It Fast" program requires us to ship express and priority next business day. NOTE we have no control over WHEN USPS actually delivers the item. Our Express mail rates and delivery times EXCLUDE weekends and postal holidays. Special arrangements need to be made if you need your item delivered over a weekend or postal holiday. You should actually speak to us to be sure we can provide the service. USPS is charging extra for delivery on these days, you the buyer would have to absorb the cost.

Shipping Details: We ship M-F excluding postal holidays. Packages of single piece items are normally packaged next business day after cleared payment is received and shipped the same day or following morning. Insurance claims for non receipt can be filed: USA after 30 days, International after 45 days, ITALY & France after 60 days. Because of Pay Pal rules, we MUST ship items in the manner which they were paid and to the address given to us by pay pal. If you need an address correction after payment is made, we will have to refund the payment and have you pay again with the proper information. NOTE this is a large automated operation, emails are not all necessarily read BEFORE shipments are made. Please be sure to have all your information correct before you make payment, we may not be able to stop shipment on a paid item.

If you are not happy for any reason please contact us for a solution prior to leaving feedback. We stand behind our merchandise if you have a later problem, contact us, we will do our best to make you happy. Feedback is left automatically by the system as soon as we ship your item.

1. If your item is a single piece of jewelry and under $30.00 and has been correctly described by us please skip to #3
2. If your item is a single piece of jewelry valued over $30.00 OR it is not a single piece of jewelry, OR you feel it was not properly described you MUST email us and let us know that you will be returning the item, in case we have any special instructions for return.
3. Please return the item promptly within 30 days of receiving item, in the original packaging. Full refund will only be granted if original plastic bag with inventory tag is included. You can ship back in any appropriate box or envelope. ****Returns without original bags and tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. Include the eBay item number or order number and your email address with your return. If you would like to do an exchange enclose those details
5. If you have any special instructions, be sure to include them.
6. On single jewelry items - You will receive a full refund including shipping paid or our US 1st Class rate, whichever is less. (No return shipping unless the item not as described)
7. Lots & Other items – Lots are only returnable as a unit. We will return only purchase price, no shipping either way. (Unless item was not described correctly, BUT any returns MUST receive an OK from us prioir to shipment. We will not accept a lot returned without prioir authorization)
