You must contact us within 7 business days of delivery!
A return must be in its original packaging with ALL original accessories, and be in the same condition as it was when shipped to you.
If items are missing upon receipt, the replacement cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover all fees associated with the item's listing.

Any returns sent without an RMA# will not be accepted. You will not be refunded.

Exchange of Defective Item

We will arrange a ups callback pickup. This means the next day ups will come to pick up your package where you prefer them to and bring it back to us. When calling for the return, please specify if you would like the pick up to be arranged any place other than the address we shipped the original to. As soon as we receive your return we will send out your new one.
