Payment is expected within 4 days of auction end. Your item will ship as soon as I receive payment. If it ever turns out to be cheaper to ship using regional rate or flat rate boxes, I will always use that and refund you the difference.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
