Shipping Policy

1). All items will be shipped within 2 business days from the date cleared payment is received. We ship 3 times a week; Monday, Wednesday and Friday,  from Bangkok, Thailand via Thailand post service by Priority Registered Airmail with signature delivery confirmation. We do not mail our items without signature requirement! Customer have to make sure that someone is available to sign for the package or if no one is at home the post office will leave a note for you or you can check your shipping status from tracking number we provided and you can come by the local post office and pick up during the business hours with the notes as a reference.

2). Registered airmail normally takes 1-4 weeks to reach most addresses. In the very rare event of mail or custom delay please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Note - Shipping time we give is only an estimate it can take less or more than what we estimate. After the item get into post office system we have no control on it but we try our best to get all orders to reach customer as soon as possible.

3). Orders are shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment details, please make sure it is update and correct. If you would like to ship to a different address you can easily add multiple shipping address to your PayPal account or include notes on your PayPal payment.

4). We provide shipping detail and registered number on your package and will reply to the payment e-mail you send to us. Please keep the shipping detail we provide until your package arrived.

5). Express mail service ( 3-7 days delivery ) are available. Please contact us before making payment.

6). Insurance is required on order over $50. Insurance is $2.50 per every $50. We will not be responsibility for items lost without insurance.

7). Please be advised that international buyer is responsible for any custom tax or duties.

8). We do not ship to these countries: ITALY, SOUTH AFRICA, BRAZIL and MEXICO. Please do not bid if your shipping address is in this countries.

Return Policy

1). We accept exchange if you do not like your item but no refund.

2). We will refund the purchase price as well as shipping for any defective or damage item.

3). Items must be returned in it original condition, unworn and unwashed within 7 days of receipt. Please include notes about items detail such as item number, buyer ID, name of buyer. We cannot be responsible for item lost in the mail. We highly recommend registered/certified post.
