 Q: What is the condition of the club?
  A: 2nd Swing prides itself on giving our items the most accurate condition rating as possible. Please see our condition scale for more detail as to what each condition means. We also take actual photos of our items, the photo you see of the club, is the club you will receive!
 Q: What shaft is in the club?
  A: Many of our shaft descriptions state that the item has a stock shaft, this would indicate that he shaft in the club would be the option provided by the manufacturer. Some manufacturers do offer multiple shafts as stock options, stock shaft may refer to any of these options.
 Q: Is there a headcover included with the club(s) I purchase?
  A: Our golf clubs do not include a headcover unless it is seen in the photos with the club. Please see our eBay store in the headcovers category to see headcovers we have available for sale.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: To receive half off shipping on any item AFTER THE FIRST ITEM. Once you purchase multiple items (WITHIN ONE HOUR TIME PERIOD), in order to receive the discount YOU MUST send us an email at service.2ndswing@gmail.com. In the subject line include "50% off discount shipping", and include the ebay item numbers of the items you purchased.
 Q: Can you provide a tracking number/delivery confirmation number?
  A: Because of the volume of items we ship, we are unable to provide this information. 99% of our items are delivered within 7 business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). If you have no received your item by the 8th business day, please send an email to service.2ndswing@gmail.com and include the ebay auction number and we w
 Q: Was the shaft factory installed?
  A: Because of the volume of items on ebay, it will be impossible to say if all shafts are factory installed. The majority of our items will have factory installed shafts, if you have an issue with a re-shaft please let us know by email at service.2ndswing@gmail.com and we will work with you for a solution.
 Q: Does the iron set have matching serial numbers?
  A: Some manufacturers have serial numbers on all the irons, others only put it on one of the clubs. 99% of our iron sets do have matching serial number, if you purchase a set and they do not you are able to send them back for a full refund.
 Q: Can you provide the serial number?
  A: We do not have direct access to our items currently listed on ebay, we are therefore unable to provide any serial numbers.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: At 2nd Swing we are very proud to offer our clubs internationally. All of our international shipping rates are a calculated by UPS, and are not determined by 2nd Swing. Please see our Shipping Information section for further information. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT SHIP ANY CLEVELAND, SRIXON or YONEX PRODUCT INTERNATIONALLY. NO EXCEPTIONS
 Q: Can you end the auction early?
  A: We are unable to end auctions early. Please use eBay's proxy bidding system if you are unable to make bids towards the end of the auction.
 Q: Can you make alterations to the clubs?
  A: Depending on the item, and the alteration that is needed we may be able to make alterations for you prior to shipping out your item. There will be a cost associated with any alterations that need to be made, and the item must be purchased and paid for along with the alterations paid for prior to any being made.
