If you are unhappy with the goods received for any reason, you can return them to us for a full refund of the item cost within 7 days. Customers are liable for all delivery charges to and from UKmemory. An item should never be returned to us without prior authorisation. Goods returned after 7 days but within 30 days in the original condition and packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee applied before the refund is issued.
