Shipping:
1. Can I get a tracking number for my order - by standard flat shipping ?
By standard flat shipping, we use Registered AirMail to send buyers' items. Registered AirMail provide a Receipt Number to verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts, but do not have tracking number for on-line detail tracking. Receipt Number will be provided to buyers in 3 days after dispatch.
2. When will I receive my items - By standard flat shipping?
By standard flat shipping, we use Registered AirMail to send buyers' items. Registered AirMail is a volume airmail service that provides rapid and economical worldwide delivery. The average shipping time is
- USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 5 ~ 12 workdays.
- The rest of the word: 8 ~ 25 workdays.
3. Do you ship to my country ?

4. Can I get any combined shipping discount for multi-items buying ?

5. How should I do if no item received ?
We appreciate buyer do the following check before send us a non-delivery inquiry.
1. Is shipping address in PayPal correct? ( If wrong, must contact us )
2. Is there any post office notice left in your mail box ?
3. Check with your mail room if you leave a office shipping address.
4. Send us a inquiry and submit the receipt number we provided.
6. Can I get a tracking number for my order - By Expedited Shipping- Express mail service (EMS) ?
Yes, tracking Number will be provided with shipping notification e-mail.

8. Is only PAYPAL available ?
Yes, we only can accept PAYPAL at present.
