Delivery Guarantee:

We always aim to ensure that your mail arrives in perfect condition and on time, but sometimes problems arise. If your items do not turn up AFTER our shipping time, please check the following points before sending us a lost inquiry.

1. Is your shipping address in PayPal matched with your shipping address ?

2. Is there any post office notice left in your mail box? Sometimes buyers do not get their item because no one at home to sign. In this case Postman will leave a message and bring it back to post office and then schedule for a 2nd delivery. If the item still can not be delivered. It would stay in the Post Office for up to 15 days. After that the item will be sent back to us .

3. Submit the receipt number we provided to your local post office and request them to track.

In case there is still no news about your item, we guarantee delivery but need buyers to get following for us.

1. With non-delivery confirmation
Please request a non-delivery confirmation issued by your local post office . In case our post office confirm the non-delivery is correct, we will resend or make a full refund within two days.

2. Without non-delivery confirmation:
We will open a claim to our post office. As part of our post office investigation into a lost item, they may ask the foreign Postal Authority for details of what happened to your item when in their country. This process can take up to 15 weeks to complete for flat shipping, fast shipping - EMS takes 4 weeks. When we launch an investigation with a foreign Postal Authority we will always inform you of this and will always provide you with details of the outcome.

3. Open a non-delivery claim in Paypal (RECOMMENDED )
According to paypal seller protection & insurance policy, buyer can request a full refund within 60 days. Please open a claim in Paypal instead request us to refund privately or threaten us by negative feedback. It is shipping company's fault and we can recover loss from shipping company.

Please note that we are in very difficult situation to issue a full refund in private. Paypal & Insurance company may take it as fraud because seller and buyer make the deal privately, NOT through third party " Paypal " . We will get outside of Paypal protection and can not open a claim on shipping company. Please consider that we pay for the insurance fee and do not earn any profit from shipping, insurance company shall recover all lose caused by lost items.

Some buyers may not clearly know Paypal's policy and misunderstand that they will not get money back through Paypal. We must clarify that when buyer open a claim in Paypal, seller must submit on-line or paper of " delivery confirmation " which prove items are " delivered " , if seller can not provide the delivery confirmation issued by shipping company, Paypal 100% issue a full refund, no exception.

In addition, to comply with insurance policy, we must provide tracking number for each claim and Paypal need 20 to 30 days to review a claim, we appreciate all buyers can wait patiently and trust all of the protection policies.

The delivery guarantee does not apply to the following situation and buyer will have to pay shipping for resend:

1. Buyer provide insufficient address.
2. Buyer provide wrong address.
3. Unclaimed Items.

Safe delivery:

We always use bubble wrap (usually double layered), peanuts, EPE pad or air bag to prevent shipping damage. We also stick a " Fragile " label on all packages to remind post office to take care of packages very carefully. 99.97% packages arrived in very good condition. In case you received a damaged package, pls refuse it or open it and do carefully inspections when delivered. If you can not check it right away, pls do not forget to apply for a damage report from the courier within two days, all of packages are insured, insurance company will recover the loss.

Without a damaged report, we will supply new replacements for damaged parts but buyers have to to provide photographs, the packaging of the item and the item itself. We reserves the right to inspect an item for damage, you do not have to return thse items when you first send your claim to us, but you must make sure that you can send them back if requested to do so.

This warranty does not cover installation damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, or negligence to these products.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you do not 100% satisfy with our items or change mind, please contact us within 7 days since items arrived. We accept return without any reason. No question asked, no restock fee. To avoid any loss caused by missing reading or buyer buy items just for trial purpose. At present, shipping is not refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping too.

If you received a incorrect item, we will issue you exchange it to the correct item, no extra charges will be incurred, we will replace correct item and pay the additional shipping charge and return charge.
