CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER & HOW TO TRACK MY ITEM ?
To save buyer's shipping cost, we use Registered Air Mail / letter as Standard flat shipping, shipping company is POST OFFICE.
However the shipping cost is low, there are some limits of the service, pls be advised:
Receipt numbers for delivery confirmation or inquiry is available 3 days after shipped, buyer would find it when review their ebay won items.
2. No rapid Custom declaration service: In United States, US Customs normally hold items 2~8 days for reviewing. In other countries, the longest may be up to 30 days, please wait for the time as indicated in DELIVERY TIME section.

Please check with your country post office if on-line tracking for registered air mail or letter sent from abroad is available or not, we are unable to know at present but keep updating the tracking site list. |

HOW SHOULD I DO IF NO ITEM RECEIVED
Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery time listed in the description. If you don't receive the package by then, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Occasionally a carrier will scan a package as delivered before it arrives at the final destination.
1. Is your Home address registered in PayPal matched with your shipping address you would like us to ship to ?
2. Look for a notice of attempted delivery ? Sometimes buyers do not get their item because no one at home to sign. In this case Postman will leave a message and bring it back to post office and then schedule for a 2nd delivery. If the item still can not be delivered. It would stay in the Post Office for up to 15 days. After that the item will be sent back to us .
3. See if someone else accepted delivery and Look around the delivery location. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.
4. Check your mailbox. Smaller items or items in soft packages are likely to be delivered there.
5. Check for a parcel locker key. If your mailbox is in a cluster box unit (i.e., several mail boxes clustered together) or your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, check your box for a key to a parcel locker where the package may have been delivered.
6. Contact the carrier and Check for a mail hold. Submit the receipt number we provided to your local post office and request them to track. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy.)
If there is still no good news, pls must contact us, we will ask our post office to do an investigation and do our best to resolve it.
