CUSTOMIZATION AND PERSONALIZATION

Anything you see in our store can be customized. CUSTOM ORDERS

We absolutely LOVE to do custom eBay auctions. By doing a custom eBay auction listed for a Buy it Now, we can get you one lowered auction price, combined shipping, a single invoice, and a lot less headaches when it comes to purchasing a large number of items all listed on eBay. You also make sure that all your paint colors, trims, etc match by purchasing from a single store. DESIGN ASSISTANCE
 
We offer a full range of design consulting help in creating your auctions and child's room. I have a degree and real life experience in interior design and love to consult. If you email me photos, or ideas, I can help you choose items from our store, recommend professional quality artists or retail locations for accesories. We have enjoyed helping many many customers start with a blank white room and create an imaginative retreat for their child or baby from the paint and trim colors to bedding to accents. You can see some photos in our DESIGN PORTFOLIO located in this section of our store -- check back as we add more when we have a chance.
 
CUSTOMER SERVICE
 
The BEST way to reach us on existing orders is to email us through eBay's Message system. We guarantee all our items, so if it is not what you thought, or needs to be changed, or you need to return it for any reason, contact us immediately for assistance. We are here to help you in any way possible. Occasionally, we are not available 24/7 as weekends and other times are family times, so if you do not hear back right away, feel free to send us a second email. :o
 
NO HASSLES, NO MATTER
 
Sometimes things change and we completely understand! We are very easy to work with. We have even exchanged entire bedroom sets for those customers who were surprised that their baby arrived as a boy and not a girl, or vice versa. We were more than happy to make new items to accommodate the baby's new theme ;o) Email us with any questions about our refund/return/exchange policies
 
DISCLAIMER
 
Thank you for your interest in our store. I will try in this section to detail our shipping policies and philosophies as clearly as possible. We really appreciate you as a customer and for taking the time to visit us!
  • I accept Paypal, money orders, personal checks (please allow 10 days from time of receipt of check to shipment of item)
  • Payment due 3 days after close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made
  • Contact me regarding any personalization or customization needed. If you do not get a confirmation of your request from us, please send it again through eBay's My Messages system
  • Refunds and exchanges are granted on a case by case basis. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns within THREE days of receipt of your item.
  • Personalized items and custom orders are not returnable/refundable. For example, if you want an item not regularly in our store and request specific painting, etc on this item, it cannot be returned. We are happy to provide photos before shipment on custom items to be sure it is what you expected. If you do not request photos and change your mind after your custom handpainted item arrives, we cannot offer a refund.
  • Purchasing handmade items is a personal experience. Your items will be made one-by-one once you pay, and if for any reason they are not what you had imagined or needed, just contact us so we can work out the next step in the process.
  • Our eBay philosophy is that we will treat you with respect, honesty, fairness, and flexibility. Please keep in mind that we are only human, and occasionally human errors can occur. These are not attempts to defraud or mislead you, and with this in mind, we absolutely will not respond to threats, rudeness or demands. In whatever way possible, we will work with you to resolve any and all concerns. With eBay, as with most things in life, more can be accomplished with a spoonful of kindness and respect.
  • Once your item is received and you are satisfied, we are pleased to conclude the transaction by exchanging feedback with you. All positive feedbacks will be reciprocated immediately.

SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME

  • Many items can ship the same day or next day, and if you need a RUSH for that decorating emergency, just email me. I am happy to accommodate your request whenever possible. However, if you don't let me know you are working with a deadline, it is impossible for me to know, for example, that you need it in one day for that special birthday. ;o
  • If you have purchased a WOOD item or SWITCHPLATE or KNOBS that require curing, at least 7 days will be allowed to ensure the items are ready for shipment. If for any reason, it takes LESS time to make, we will ship even sooner!
  • All fabric items are shipped at the earliest convenience, depending on the level of handwork involved. 95% are shipped the same day you pay.
 
 SHIPPING METHODS
  • All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail, except for switchplates, outlet covers AND door signs, with Free Delivery Confirmation
  • We cannot be responsible for USPS transit times. We do not work for the post office and do not have the ability to influence the amount of time it takes for a package to reach your location. However, if there is ANY concern, we do have open lines of communication with the postal service and more than happy to initiate inquiries, traces, or insurance claims as needed. There are things out of our control but whenever possible we will assist you as much as we can, however we will not know that an item has not arrived unless you let us know.
  • 2-3 days for Priority Mail is an estimated time frame and the post office will not guarantee it. A package is not considered missing until it has been more than 14 working days. If you need a guarantee, email us before you pay for a FedEx Ground quote.
  • Insurance is recommended as the USPS has been known to lose or damage items. While we use lots of durable packing materials, I cannot be responsible for the post office's negligence if the drop a hundred pound package on your lampshade. Insurance is your peace of mind that your item will be delivered in perfect condition OR in that event of damage, that it can be replaced at no charge to you.
