First of all, sorry for the late feedback. I looked at this as a gift for someone and asked him beforehand about the delivery time due to a short time frame. He answered still on the same day and assured me about a timely delivery. After which I continued with the purchase. The package did in fact arrive 3-4 days earlier then expected and with a second necklace as a bonus gift as well. Yeah nothing to complain and everything to praise. Will recommend.

Customer service is top notch, any questions I had was promptly answered. This Fragile jade comb was packaged in bubble wrap and external package being Styrofoam, which protected product very well. The quality of the comb is very nice, Evenly spaced teeth and the points are not so sharp that they dig/scratch into the skin. I plan on using it as a beard comb, it's just the right size. I bought a crazy horse leather pen pocket protector and modified it to be a comb case. Anyway, it's a great buy
