The store is currently undergoing renovations. Business will continue as usual, but you may notice some changes. The Buy it Now price for most of my listings now includes s&h. Total cost for one of an item is about the same as it was when s&h was separate. For 2 or more items, make an offer. Most listings have a Make Offer price scale in the description below the specs. As per eBay's wish, and after of years of pressure, I am editing all my listings to include s&h in the Buy it Now price. "Free Shipping" is eBay's phrase, not my choice. There is really no such thing as free shipping, somebody always has to pay and it's always the buyer. Anyway, it's hard to include s&h in the price since most of my items don't cost much more than the cost of shipping. Many cost less. Editing almost 1000 listings is a monumental task for me. I hope you will bear with me.
Editing the title, pictures and description explaining how to purchase more than one item is another matter. Each listing has to be edited or relisted individually.
I know it looks like everything went up in price, but actually the total price with s&h for 1 of an item is about the same. Some went up a little and some went down a little. Effective Oct 1, 2012 my costs went up on many items Most resulted in a price increase of between 1 and 7%. The price for many solid brass items went up a little more.
Eventually, with the exception of those items for which my cost increased, your total cost will be lower for most small orders. Large purchases will be reduced even more.

New Return Policy!
You are still welcome to return any purchase for any reason. Any item which is defective or not as described may still be returned for a full refund. For all other returns however, You the Buyer, will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees including a minimum $5.00 s&h fee which was included in your purchase price. If you think you might be inclined to want to return your purchase for a refund, please contact seller for exact amount of s&h fees to be deducted from your original payment. I am sorry if this new policy will prevent you from shopping at my eBay store. It should not affect most of my customers, as a huge majority seem to be more than satisfied. Due to a sudden increase in returned purchases, many in my opinion, for no good reason, and the recent increase in USPS rates, I can no longer afford to offer an automatic, no questions asked, Return Policy. Please check my feedback if you have any doubts about the quality of my products or service. I have been using and or selling most of the items in my inventory for over 35 years with very few complaints. You are still protected by eBay and PayPal Buyer Protection Policies.
