Both domestic and international packages are usually shipped every other day. Although I would love to predict postal services, I CAN NOT.

Which shipping services do you use?

I only ship with United Stated Postal Services (USPS)

Domestic packages are shipped first class, priority or parcel depending on cost.

International packages are ONLY shipped via PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL.

Why is International shipping only via Priority, why can't you ship using first class?

Do you combine shipping?

Yes!!!

For US buyers:

The total shipping will be the highest shipping cost plus $1.00 per additional items.

For Canadian and International buyers:

I do offer flat rate Priority international boxes at the cost of 40.00 which included tracking and insurance. These boxes are pretty large and can fit upto 4 liter size bottles. For Canadian buyers the same box is 25.00 

Why is International shipping more so much more expensive?

For Canadian and International I use USPS first class airmail which is the most affordable. The service does not allow me to add insurance or tracking. If you prefer adding these services you must upgrade to International Priority Mail which will come with tracking and insurance.

When is payment due?

You have 7 days to pay for both items purchased won in an auction or items purchase directly in my store.  If no payment has been received or if I was not contacted than an unpaid item claim will be filed with ebay and proper feedback will be left. But if you drop me a line to let me know I can hold the item for you for upto 2 weeks.

What form of payment do you accept?

I gladly accept Paypal, money order and personal checks. If payment was made with a personal check, the package will be ship once the check as cleared.

If you are also an ebay seller I also sometimes, consider trading goods.

Are you products genuine and authentic AVEDA products?

YES!!! ABSOLUTLY! All the products I sell are always authentic and genuine AVEDA products. They are new and unused, unless otherwise specified.  The items are exactly as pictured again unless otherwise specified.

What is your retun policy?

I have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, therefore, RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED!

If it was my error or if the product is faulty in anyway a full refund will be issued, including your shipping costs both ways, upon receiving the item back.

If you just change you mind upon receiving the item, and it was not used, opened or tested. I will take it back but I will not refund you shipping costs. I will refund the cost of the item only.

Where do you get your products?

I buy overstock inventory and salon close out.  My products are genuine and fresh. If the item had been discontinued it is still fresh to the best of my knowledge. And again, I do have a 100% refund policy if you are not satisfied.

Are you an AVEDA employe?

Absolutly NOT. Never have and never will. I am not in any way affiliated with the AVEDA corporation or any AVEDA salons. I am a stay at home maman of 2, who LOVES AVEDA and LOVES bringing it directly to you at a great price.

Why did you not accept my offer?

Simply put...your offer was too low. I am more than willing to work with my buyers so that everyone is happy. But,  PLEASE! I do not do this just for fun. This is also my source of income.  When you make me an offer keep in mind that I did not get the products for free, that I have to give 10% of the price to ebay and 3% to paypal. Then I have to buy supply and pay the sitter for the weekly trip to the post office. I am not in this to break even, and certainly NOT to break even. I will not sell at lost just to make a sale. 

If you are not happy with the prices...dont send me a nasty email, just get in your car and drive to the nearest salon or store and buy it yourself, its that easy...or is it?
