Since we must rely on Mail Handlers to Delivery our Goods, Seller has Included Insurance in the Shipping & Handling Costs of each Item purchased. If you receive a damaged package or if there is a problem with the Item Received_Buyer should Contact the Seller within 3 Days of Receiving to Resolve the Issue.
A Buyer may Return an Item, with Seller Approval, as Shipped_Undamaged, Unwashed & With Tags Still On (if applicable)_within 7 days once the Return has been Authorized to Receive Refund on Purchase Price. Shipping & Return Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable UNLESS of course, the problem was a Seller's Error. No Refunds are given for a Change of Mind or Sizing Issues, these need to be addressed BEFORE Purchasing. In some cases, a Store Credit may be considered.
Should Seller Approve a Return_A Tracking/Delivery Confirmation Number must be provided by the Buyer if a Seller disputes Receipt or the Timeliness of the Return. In the event of a dispute, a Full Refund may not be issued if the Item was not Shipped within 7 days of Return Approval or if Tracking/Delivery Confirmation cannot be provided by the Buyer. As the Shipper at this point, the Buyer is responsible for the Item reaching the Seller and so I strongly urge Buyers to Purchase Shipping Insurance on all Goods then keep a Copy of handy for Reference.
