Please note that we declare the full value (minus the shipping charge) of your order on the shipping label. Also, we label the contents as "Nutritional Supplements ".
Your Shipping Address and Phone Number:
Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full and complete and in English. The phone number may be used by Fedex or USPS to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.
Note: If your order is returned to us due to customs related issue such as banned / restricted products, a wrong address, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, You will be refunded the total amount of the order minus the shipping charge. You will only be credited for merchandise when the package is returned to us in the same condition it was sent.

Return Information
