Buyer beware! Seller never sent item. Asked for an end-user certificate! Since when does any item sold on an online auction website require an end-user certificate? Terrible business. STAY AWAY!

As mentionned, the request of the End User Certificate is mentionned in our EBAY listing and in our acknowledgment of sale's Order. It is part of our selling conditions. We sent several mails mentionning we were expecting the End User Certificate to proceed to shipment asap. We finally received the paperwork and the item had been shipped out right away..We feel sorry there have been a misunderstanding on this point.We'll try to communicate and point out this in our future transactions.
