This was absolutely the worst buying experience I’ve ever had on eBay. The seller sent me a very expensive and heavy heat press that was packaged very badly and broken in multiple spots on delivery. Seller promised a full refund. Had to get eBay to give me my money back. Thank goodness they did as the item was totally worthless. I would never buy from this seller again. Poor communication. Makes promises and then doesn’t follow through. Absolutely the worst.

My sincere apologies. But to be fair the item was already being sold for parts and repair and the cracked plastic body shouldn't have altered it's functionality. The refund did come from my account, just not in the 3 day window so ebay automatically sent it on the 4th day as I was attempting to have ups honor my insurance claim, which they did not. At the end of the day, you got a free press, ups got a $300 shipping fee, and I got a negative feedback.
