  1. How do I pay for a winning auction?

    If you would like to make payment go back to the eBay auction, and click on the checkout button. You must go through our simple checkout process in order to receive your product. The checkout gives you the total of the order including shipping. For multiple purchases the checkout will combine shipping for you.

    Checkout also gives you the option to pay using VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MONEY ORDER, CHECK AND WIRE TRANSFER. Paypal is accessible from the checkout.

  2. Can I pay by Check, Money Order or Cashiers Check?

    Please include the order number, product description and shipping information. If we don't get complete information with your payment, it could result in a delay of shipping. You will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail after your product has been shipped. Please allow 10 business days for a personal check to clear our account.
     
  3. Can I pay using PayPal?

    We gladly accept PayPal via our secure checkout.
     
  4. Can I pay using Western Union and BidPay money order services

    From the comfort of your own home, you can pay for your auction with a Western Union or BidPay money order. By using Western Union money order services from www.westernunion.com you can have a money order executed and sent by mail to us automatically. It takes just two minutes and it's 100% secure!
     
  5. Can I pay using a credit card over the phone?

    Yes! We can gladly accept payments with ALL Major Credit Cards right over the phone. Please call us TOLL FREE at 800-304-2510 to make a payment. Please be advised that we will ship your merchandise ONLY to the confirmed billing address on your credit card. 
     
  6. What other methods of payment do you accept?

    Please feel free to take advantage of our convenient Check by Phone service. We can electronically withdraw the funds directly from your checking account. All you need is a phone, a check and a driver's license! Call us TOLL FREE at 800-304-2510 for more details or to arrange a payment.

    We also accept payments via Bank Wire Transfer. A payment can be made directly from your bank account to ours. Please contact us for further information.
     

  7. Can I pay by C.O.D.?

    Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. payments at this time.
     
  8. If I pay with PayPal -- will you ship to an unconfirmed address?

    Sorry, we will not ship to unconfirmed addresses as a general rule. However, in certain cases, depending on your PayPal status, we may decide to ship to an unconfirmed address. Please contact us for further details. If you have any questions about how to confirm your address, please visit PayPal's help center.
     
  9. What are your payment options for International orders?

    International customers have a variety of options to make payments. We accept the American Express card over the phone - call us at 718-998-6666 to make a payment. We also accept Checks, Money Orders or Bank Checks (please make the funds available in US Dollars). Bidpay is another option (see #4 above). We can also help you arrange a Bank Wire Transfer. (A $20 fee applies to International Bank Transfers). Please feel free to contact us for further details!
     
  10. What happens after I have paid for my item?

    Orders are processed each day Monday through Friday. If your payment is received after 3:30 P.M. E.S.T. or on a weekend, it is processed on the next business day. Within hours of processing your order, we pick out the items you have selected and get them ready for shipment. Once shipped (usually within 24-48 hours of receipt of your payment) we then e-mail you a UPS tracking number. You may view the shipping status of your order by visiting: www.ups.com and enter your tracking number.
     
  11. What shipping methods do you have available?

    We ship all of our items via UPS (and US Postal Service upon request and for P.O. Box addresses).

    All of our items ship under our own UPS shipping accounts, no exceptions.
     

  12. Do we combine shipping for multiple items?

    We do combine shipping for multiple items. Our checkout system will provide you with the correct pricing. Go back to one of the eBay auctions that you have won, and click on the checkout button. You must go through are simple checkout process in order to receive your product. Paypal is accessible from the checkout. If you may have any questions, you may call us at 800 304 2510 or 718 998 6666.
     
  13. When can I expect my order to arrive?

    After your order has been processed and shipped, UPS usually takes 2-7 days to arrive. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
     
  14. How much are the shipping fees?

    The shipping fees for all of our products are clearly stated on the checkout page. The fees cover UPS Ground delivery with insurance for the full value of the product. If you need your item faster (or even overnight!), expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Please feel free to contact us for express shipping quotes.
     
  15. Do I have to pay sales tax?

    Since we are a New York company we are required by state law to collect sales tax when shipping to New York State addresses only. Tax rates vary depending on which county we're shipping to. If you are a winning bidder and live in New York state, please add the appropriate sales tax to your winning bid. Failure to do so will result in a delay of shipping.
     
  16. What are your International shipping policies on customs fees?

    We strongly follow all International customs rules and regulations on local customs fees. It is against the law for us to reduce the invoice price or to declare merchandise as "used" or "gifts", so please don't ask us to do so. We declare accordingly and make no exceptions!
     
  17. Do you allow local pickup at your location?

    Sorry, but we're just not equipped to allow individual customers to pick up merchandise. We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time and almost everything ships out within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment.
     
  18. What is your return/refund policy?

    If you receive a wrong or defective item, or are simply unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call 800-304-2510 for a Return Authorization number (RA#) within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

    Underwater equipment cannot be returned or exchanged once taken under water. PDAs and Computers cannot be returned for a refund, but will be exchanged for the same model if defective. All sales are final on bulbs, batteries, videotapes, memory storage media and film, no refunds or exchanges.

     

    Returns must be received by 47th St. Photo within 14 calendar days from the date the RA# is issued. Products received later than this date will not be accepted for return. Full manufacturer's warranties are supplied with merchandise purchased from 47th St. Photo. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.

     

    Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. All returned products are subject to a restocking fee of no less than 20%. Products returned in damaged, unacceptable or other than new condition will not be accepted for return and will be returned to the customer without exchange. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of 47th St. Photo.

     

    Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the manufacturer's carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the original invoice. Print the RA# on ALL 6 SIDES of the shipping carton. Packages without a visible RA# will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended. For products returned in accordance with this policy, a replacement product will be shipped within 14 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise.

     

    Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
     

  19. What do I do if my package was lost or damaged?

    If a package arrives damaged, please hold onto the merchandise and all packing materials until advised otherwise by UPS. You may call UPS Customer Service at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877).
