Returns are accepted and must be initiated with in 7 days of delivery of your order. All US orders have tracking numbers and will be verified. International orders are not returnable. Any returned item(s) must be in pristine, original & unused condition. Buyer must also pay all shipping charges to have any exchanged item re-shipped to to them. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please call customer service for a Return Authorization within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is defective. If we make an error in your decal order, we will ship the replacement item(s) at no cost to the buyer. Instructions, care and recommended application techniques are provided in your package. Defects of products due to use of unauthorized application procedures will not be replaced or exchanged. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unused in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to us within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the Return Authorization. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories and documentation that shipped with the product. Please note that we do not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products: Product or items that are customized to your specifications, including personalized products without a defect in product quality. All bulk sheet or roll vinyl such as carbon fiber vinyl. Orders and items shipped outside of the United States are also not returnable.
