Payment Information
Paypal (be sure correct shipping address is listed).
Credit Card through Paypal only. Remember you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay with a credit card.
Shipping Information
Ship time - generally ship 1-3 business days upon receipt of payment. However, some product may come from another warehouse and will take longer.
Paypal - Make sure your shipping address is correctly listed in Paypal before you confirm payment.
Tax - MN State Residents add 6.95% Sales Tax. Shipping is also taxable in Minnesota.
Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or Virgin Islands you must contact us prior to bidding to get a shipping quote because shipping may be higher.
UPS will not ship to PO boxes.

International Buyers be sure your phone number is listed in Paypal for UPS tracking reasons. If you are in a region that requires UPS to go by air, rather than standard/ground please contact us before bidding because shipping may be more, please contact us for a quote. International buyers are responsible for any customs or import tariffs. Note that USPS tracking number will end at the USA border (That means it can't be tracked within a country outside of the US.) USPS also has a policy that they have to wait 30 days after estimated time of delivery before they will try and track a package down. This means that if there is a problem it may take a really long time to get it resolved.
Shipping charges include a handling fee. We check over each and every product before it goes out. We also have to buy tape, miscellaneous packing materials, and pay someone to package up your item and ship it to you. The handling part of your shipping and handling fee is to help pay for that. Bidders should understand this before bidding.

Bidding - Remember, your bid is a binding contract. Only bid if you are a serious bidder and want to purchase an item from us. Please read everything in the auction before bidding, including shipping and insurance charges so you understand what you are bidding on, and what will be expected of you.

Returns
General Terms
Please keep in mind that all our products are inspected before leaving the warehouse.
Please note that all purchases are final.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
Returns
All items are as is.
If an item is listed as new it will you will be able to return the product only
if the item is defective.
Procedure
Please email us through the ebay message system to before shipping the item back, your return must be authorized first before you ship the item back.
Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. If the seller is at any time unable to refuse a package for any reason, and or the buyer wants the item back for any reason, it is the buyer’s responsibility to issue a call tag for the item or arrange payment for the item to be shipped back to the buyer.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items. If the item sent back is diagnosed defective, the cost of shipping with be refunded in the amount it costs the buyer to ship the item back the seller provided that it is shipped back in the most inexpensive manner. For example if you have a small item, please send it back Letter Mail, for larger items Parcel Post. We will NOT pay for shipping charges that go beyond the standard shipping cost. Anything that is added on to the package such as Express Mail, UPS, FedEx services Etc., Certified return mail, or any such service that will add cost to the shipment will not be refunded. Shipping costs that are refundable are as follows: USPS Letter Post, or USPS Parcel Post will be refunded. If the item is not defective, The customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on the returned item.
We the seller strongly recommends that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.
Feedback
Feedback policies are sometimes difficult to understand, so here is our feedback policy that should be understood before bidding. We only leave feedback for those bidders that leave us feedback first. We leave feedback every two to three weeks, and do them all at once. The reason for this policy is to streamline our time so we can continue to offer our products in the volume that we do at same incredible prices. If we didn't do it this way we would be spending too much time leaving feedback instead of getting your items to you in a timely manner.
