We suggest you wait for an invoice from us before sending payment. Follow the buying procedure that follows. We'll recalculate UPS shipping based on weight, length, and actual destination or, if your item size qualifies, we'll select the less expensive USPS Flat Rate Priority. Please note that due to volume of sales we will not recalculate and refund if you send payment before receiving an invoice from us.
HOW DO I BUY ITEMS IN YOUR STORE?
First and foremost, don’t be too eager to send money. We know you’re good for it!
IF YOU ARE BUYING ONE ITEM:
Click on the "Buy It Now" button within the listing. On the next page, Review and Commit to Buy, review your purchase and click on “Commit to Buy”. On the next page, Buy It Now Confirmation, review and click “Pay Now”. On the next page, Review Your Purchase, select "Request Total from Seller" (in blue under the Shipping & Handling column title). On the next page, Request Total Price From Seller, review, leave a note if you wish and click on “Continue”. Finally, on the last page, click on “Return to Last Item Viewed” to continue your shopping on eBay. We will calculate actual weight to your zip code and send you an invoice via email to your eBay-registered email address. That invoice will contain a "Pay Now" button that you can select to complete your purchase.
IF YOU ARE BUYING MULTIPLE ITEMS:
Click on the "Buy It Now" button within the listing. On the next page, Review and Commit to Buy, review your purchase and click on “Commit to Buy”. On the next page, Buy It Now Confirmation, click on “Visit Seller’s Store” to continue purchasing all your items. As you commit to each item follow this same process. When you have purchased your last item, select “Pay Now” on the Buy It Now Confirmation page rather than “Visit Seller’s Store”. On the next page, Review Your Purchase, select "Request Total from Seller" (in blue under the Shipping & Handling column title). On the next page, Request Total Price From Seller, review your order, leave a note like “I’m ready for my invoice” and click on “Continue”. Finally, on the last page, click on “Return to Last Item Viewed” to continue your shopping on eBay. We will combine all of your items, calculate actual weight to your zip code and send you a combined invoice via email to your eBay-registered email address with combined S&H. That invoice will contain a "Pay Now" button that you can select to complete your purchase.
WHY DO I HAVE TO DO THIS?
We've found that the eBay Shipping Calculator is unreliable for calculating accurate S&H costs for small, lightweight items (like Fasteners), long single item orders, and for varied length multiple item orders. You are free to accept those rates and pay before being invoiced but please note that you will pay much more for Shipping. We invite you to review our feedback if you have any concerns on the fair handling of your purchase.

SHIPPING COST
Our products can be long, large and heavy. As a result, our stuff can be costly to ship, especially to the West Coast, Mountain States, and some rural areas. If the S&H price quoted to you makes you re-consider your purchase we will willingly cancel the purchase with no further obligation. Just let us know and we'll resolve as soon as possible.
SHIPPING TIME
Over 90% of our orders will ship within 24 hours and all no later than three days. After that time, the shipper takes over. Delivery time is generally 2 - 7 days with deliveries to the West Coast and rural Western areas at the long end. See below if you need expedited options.
TRACKING INFO
We will provide you with UPS or common carrier tracking information so that you may track the progress of your shipment. USPS numbers will be provided as well but please note that USPS numbers provide delivery time confirmation only and will not provide in-transit progress information. The tracking numbers will be forwarded to you when they are received from our Shipping department, usually within 24 hours of the time your package goes out our door.
OVERNIGHT & SPECIAL REQUESTS
We can accommodate UPS Overnight, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS 3-Day Select deliveries. Please be sure to specify these special needs when making your purchase and include a phone number in the event we need to call for clarification. Sorry, orders placed after 2PM EST/EDT cannot be expedited that day.
INCORRECT or MISSING ITEMS
In the event there is anything wrong with your order please contact us immediately. We make mistakes occasionally and will do what is needed to set things straight.
