| Q:What is the alloy of this item? |

| A:The vast majority of our products are made from 6061-T6 or 6105-T5 alloy, chosen for its strength but ease of machineability. The alloy is usually identified in the "Item Specifics" portion just above the 80/20 Inc logo. |

| Q:Do you offer cutting and machining services? |

| A:We offer simple cuts, centerhole taps, and Anchor Fastener counterbores on NEW extrusions only. Please contact us if you have a need. At this time we do not offer these services for panel material or used/overstock surplus materials. |
| Q:Can you end an auction early? |

| A:Sorry, out of fairness to all bidders we never end an auction early. |
| Q:A Note on the Cost of Shipping |

| A:Please note that shipping can be costly for some of our product, especially long and/or heavy packages to West Coast addresses. Please note that Shippers control those rates, not us. For S&H fees, we charge those actual UPS or USPS Rates plus $3 for professional packing with new packaging material. Please see the next FAQ regarding shipping. |
| Q:Do you provide Overnight Shipping? |

| A:Please call us at 260-248-8030, X 3334 if you have a need for expedited shipment. Generally, we can provide overnight services for orders received before 3PM EST/EDT. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Your order will be fulfilled within three business days (Over 90% within 24 hours) and then the Shipper takes over. Depending on your distance from our Midwest location, shipping can be an additional 1- 6 business days. Faster delivery is available at additional cost. Call us at 260-248-8030 for other options. |

| A:We never hold a customer to a sale if they are dissatisfied with the S&H expense. If you receive an invoice with an S&H cost that makes you reconsider your purchase, just let us know. We'll gladly cancel it with no obligation. |
| Q:How can I cut the aluminum extrusion? |
|
| A:A radial arm saw, cut-off saw, or table saw with a multi-chip carbide tip metal-cutting blade should be used to insure a square cut. WD-40, or preferably a metal cutting oil, should be used to lubricate the blade to avoid burring of the saw cut edge. |
| Q:Can I combine 80/20 Inc catalog items with my eBay order? |

| A:Please contact us if you have special catalog item requests. If we are unable to help we can refer you to the correct local distributor. |
| Q:Can I pick up my item instead of having it shipped? |

| A:Yes, you can pick up your purchase. Just indicate "Local Pick Up" in Note to Seller when you make your purchase. We'll email you pick up times, location, directions, and the number to call prior to pick up. It is critical to call before arriving to insure that your order is available. |
| Q:Do you have a Retail store? Can I just come and look around? |
