 Q: Do you combine Shipping?

 Q: WHAT IS THE ALLOY OF THIS ITEM?
  A: 6061-T6 and 6105-T5 are most common. The alloy is identified in each listing in the "Item Specifics".
 Q: DO YOU HAVE MORE INFORMATION ON THIS PRODUCT.
  A: Click on the CATALOG PICTURE in the description portion of any listing or check out the online Product Catalog at www.8020.net.
 Q: CAN I CUT THE ALUMINUM EXTRUSION?
  A: You can cut the extrusion yourself with a radial arm saw, cut-off saw, table saw, or other circular saw using a multi-chip, carbide tipped metal-cutting blade. WD-40 or a metal cutting oil should be used to lubricate the blade to avoid burring of the saw cut edge.
 Q: DO YOU OFFER CUTTING AND MACHINING SERVICES?
  A: We offer simple cuts, centerhole taps, and anchor fastener counterbores on NEW extrusions only. Please add your request in Note to Seller or call us at 260-248-8030 and ask for the Plus Department.
 Q: HOW DO I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD?
  A: We can now accept direct payment by credit card for those of you not registered with Paypal. Look for the "Pay with Credit Card" option just below the Paypal logo in the bottom right hand corner of the page that displays after clicking on the Pay Now button. If you have a problem, contact us at 260-248-8030 and ask for the Plus Department.

 Q: WILL YOU END AN AUCTION EARLY?
  A: Sorry, out of fairness to all buyers we never end an auction listing early.
 Q: DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE? CAN I COME IN AND LOOK AROUND?
  A: Sorry, we do not have a retail store. We are located on the factory floor and due to safety concerns we cannot open our facility to the public.

 Q: HOW IS SHIPPING COST CALCULATED?
  A: For S&H fees we charge actual UPS rates plus $2 for professional packing with all new packaging material. There is no additional packaging fees for USPS shipments. Please note that we will never hold a customer to a sale if they are dissatisfied with the S&H cost. We will promptly cancel a sale on request with no obligation.
 Q: HOW MUCH IS IT TO SHIP MORE THAN 1 OF THE SAME ITEM?
  A: Please click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab located just below the listing photo. If more than 1 of the item is available you can enter a number in the Quantity box and get an estimated S&H cost.
 Q: DO YOU OFFER OVERNIGHT SHIPPING?
  A: Please call us at 260-248-8030 and ask for the Plus Department if you have a need for expedited shipping. Generally, we can provide expedited services for orders called in prior to 1PM EDT/EST.
 Q: DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP?
  A: YES. Please indicate "Local Pick Up" in Note to Seller when you make your purchase. We will email you pick up times, location, directions, and a phone number to call prior to pick up. It is critical to call before arriving to ensure your order is ready to go.
 Q: WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
  A: Your order will be fulfilled within 1 business day. Depending on your distance from our Midwest location, shipping can be an additional 1-6 business days. A TRACKING NUMBER will be uploaded onto your eBay purchase once we receive it from our Shipping Department.
 Q: Do you accept returns?
  A: Please contact us immediately upon receipt of items. We will resolve promptly, and fairly.
