SHIPPING COST
Our products can be long, large and heavy. As a result, our stuff can be costly to ship, especially to the West Coast, Mountain States, and some rural areas. We charge actual UPS or USPS rates plus $2 for professional packing with all new packaging material. If the S&H price quoted to you makes you re-consider your purchase we will cancel the purchase on request with no further obligation. Just let us know and we'll resolve as soon as possible.
SHIPPING TIME
Your order will ship within 3 business days with most orders fulfilled within 24 hours. Depending on your distance from our Midwest location, shipping will be an additional 1-6 business days.
TRACKING
We will provide you with UPS or common carrier tracking information so that you may track the progress of your shipment. USPS numbers will be provided as well but please note that USPS numbers provide delivery time confirmation only and will not provide in-transit progress information. The tracking numbers will be forwarded to you when they are received from our Shipping department, usually within 24 hours of the time your package goes out our door.
OVERNIGHT & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Please call us toll-free at 877-248-8020 X3488 if you have a need for expedited shipment. Generally, we can provide overnight services for orders called in prior to 1PM EDT/EST.
INCORRECT or MISSING ITEMS
In the event there is anything wrong with your order please contact us immediately. We make mistakes occasionally and will do what is needed to set things straight.
