Ovation/Takamine/Genz Benz: Music Power is the largest online dealer of Kaman products in the world. At times however your item may be "backordered." If your item is backordered you will be given the opportunity to wait for the backorder (you will usually get an extra discount for waiting), or get a complete refund. Please be advised the Manufacturer will give us an "estimated time of arrival" and we can't control this backorder. Be assured you will receive your product, however, you must agree to either wait or get a refund that day. A refund will include agreeing to not complete the transaction on Ebay. If you agree to wait for your product you will also have to agree there will be no disputes brought against Music Power via Paypal. Payments: We will accept Paypal, and on rare occasions a Money Order/Cashiers Check or International Visa or Mastercard. You must always work out payment before bidding. If your feedback is 20 or below, or you have negative feedback, we reserve the right to not accept your bid. If you are from Canada or the UK and paying with Paypal you must have a confirmed address. If you are international and not from the UK or Canada and your feedback is 20 or below, or you have negative feedback, we reserve the right to have you agree that there will be no disputes brought against Music Power via Paypal.

Shipping to a third party: Until further notice we can't ship to a third party. Please check back soon.

Voltage: All our guitar products work in any country however Amplifiers and Effects Processors run on 120 volts. In most cases voltage converters or power supplies can be found at your local electronic store. Be advised that your warranty may be invalid in your country. Please make sure you are aware of this before purchasing a product.

Shipping to Cargo/Export Companies: Be advised if you are international and would like your item shipped to a Cargo/Export company we will not accept Paypal on your order. Only a Money Order will be accepted. Please contact the ebay manager before placing an order like this.

Import Tax: Be advised that no USA company collects import tax. We do not collect import tax and we are not in control of which countries collect, or how much they collect. Please do not ask us to mark your item as a gift or alter the invoice, this is against the law and wont be done. Please contact your local customs department for more information. Thank You.

Warranty: Be advised that your warranty may be invalid in your country. We can't guarantee the warranty will be valid outside the USA.

Returns: Be aware that if you decide to return the product because you can't get the product to work in your country because of voltage issues, that you will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15%. If you used an international credit card for payment there will also be a 10% fee on top of that. The item must be returned in NEW condition or more fees will apply. Please see below for STORE ONLY credit upon return.
