Ebay General Returns
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied. If not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days of receipt date for a refund. Example: Product received Sep. 12 if you are returning we must receive the product no later than Sep. 26. Refunds are for the value of the equipment only. Both outbound and return shipping are your responsibility.
It is also your responsibility to agree to not complete the transaction on Ebay.
In the case of an outright return for refund, we refund the full purchase price of the product, but you are responsible for return shipping on the product you are returning and we do not credit the original shipping charges. Please NOTE: If you received FREE SHIPPING we will not credit what it cost us to ship your product to you. Please consider this before requesting a return.

Return everything in its original condition! For a complete refund, items must be in original condition, show no signs of wear, be returned in its original packaging, and be received back within 14 days from date of receipt. Please be careful because jewelry, belt buckles, snaps and zippers can easily scratch instruments. Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, power cords, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty card, etc.).

Payments: We will accept Paypal. If you are from Canada or the UK and paying with Paypal you must have a confirmed address.
Shipping to a third party: Please contact us before bidding if you need your item shipped to a third party
Warranty: Be advised that your warranty may be invalid in your country. We can't guarantee the warranty will be valid outside the USA.
Voltage: All our guitar products work in any country however Amplifiers and Effects Processors run on 120 volts. In most cases voltage converters or power supplies can be found at your local electronic store. Be advised that your warranty may be invalid in your country. Please make sure you are aware of this before purchasing a product.
Import Tax: Be advised that no USA company collects import tax. We do not collect import tax and we are not in control of which countries collect, or how much they collect. Please do not ask us to mark your item as a gift or alter the invoice, this is against the law and wont be done. Please contact your local customs department for more information. Thank You.
Returns: Be aware that if you decide to return the product because you can't get the product to work in your country because of voltage issues, that you will be responsible for all shipping costs plus a restocking fee of 15%. The item must be returned in NEW condition or more fees will apply. Please see below for STORE ONLY credit upon return.
Be Advised All orders are subject to up to 5 days delay in shipping once your order processes. All products are subject to ship from another one of our warehouses throughout the USA depending on your location. Thank You for your understanding. Our shipping warehouses can't ship international so we have to have your product shipped to our main warehouse first so it may be longer than our normal 5 days.

General Return Instructions
The 1st thing to always do when returning a product is to Email The Ebay Manager The Ebay Manager will let you know how to proceed and get your Return Authoriztion Number (RA#).
We must be able to resell your returned item "AS NEW" in a sealed Manufacturer's box for you to get a full refund. All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Please keep this in mind before requesting a return.

Do not write on the original box, manual or warranty! Please do not write on the manufacturer's box, manual, or warranty card until certain you will keep this purchase. Write your RA# on the Return Shipping Label, NOT the manufacturer's box.
Reseal the manufacturer's box with CLEAR tape only. You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches our warehouse. To protect your return, double box your shipment to prevent damage, using all original packing materials. Write the RA number on the return shipping label, NOT on the manufacturer's box.
Insure package and save the tracking number! Insure the return for the full value of your purchase. Ship your items back with a trackable service like FedEx or UPS. We are not responsible if your return merchandise gets lost in the mail.
Allow 2 weeks for return processing! Returns take approximately two weeks to clean and process. Credit card purchases are credited back to the original credit card. Cashier's Check purchases and Money Order purchases are refunded by company check. If you paid with Paypal, once we process your return we will issue a refund on Paypal.

Store Credit Only merchandise
Wireless products and Recording equipment, including Multi-track, Hard Disk, CD, Tape Recorders and Duplicators are returnable for Store Credit only. Upon return, these items are checked thoroughly; those found to have excessive use time or head wear will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Please consider this before returning this kind of item.
Non-Returnable merchandise
Copy-protected material: Sheet music, Books, Videos, Software, Sample Libraries, and CD-ROM's.
Recording media: Microphones, Harmonicas, Cassettes, and Mini-discs, Zip disc or CDRs.
Disposable products: Cleaning Supplies, Care Products, Strings.
Personal use items: Harmonicas, Pitch Pipes, Ear Plugs and In-ear Monitors.
Parts and modules: All instrument parts including Guitar Parts, Pickups, Raw Frame Speakers, Expansion Boards, and Sound Cards.
Returning Defective & Wrong Items
Email the Ebay Manager within 72 hours for return instructions
To qualify for return shipping on defective items, you must notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt. You must always Email the Ebay Manager for instructions on how to proceed.
Restocking Fees
To avoid restocking fees, please follow all packing instructions listed above in the "General Return Instructions" section.
Please be advised that restocking fees may apply if defect is not a result of original manufacturing process.
Returning Items Damaged in Transit
Your order is carefully packed to exceed UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping requirements. If an item arrives damaged Email the Ebay Manager within 72 hours for return instructions.
To qualify for return shipping, you must notify us of any problems within 72 hours of receipt. Email the Ebay Manager for instructions on how to proceed. Repack using all original packing materials and boxes. Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. power adapters, power cords, etc.) and paperwork (e.g. owner's manual, warranty card, etc.).
Repack the damaged merchandise, using original boxes and packing materials
Items missing original packaging, may not qualify for damage protection. (Guitars & Basses MUST be wrapped in the foam sleeve that it came in to prevent scratching caused by the cardboard shipping box.
Have the package ready for the UPS driver
We will arrange to have UPS pickup the item and carefully inspect it for shipping damage, before returning it to us. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will send out a replacement or give you a refund, whichever is available.
Restocking Fees
To avoid restocking fees, be sure all original contents and packaging are returned. Please be advised that return and restocking fees may apply if damage is not a result of shipping.
Delivery Refused
If the carrier returns an item because it was refused or undeliverable, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping fees (and tariffs and duties on international shipments) will also be charged back at the time of return. |
