Seller was willing to arrange for item to arrive on a weekday. I informed seller were not home on weekends. Item arrived well packed and larger than the 12”(about 18”). Came in a soft plastic pot. The Geralton Wax Flowers don’t like root disturbance so this is the ideal pot. Internet search says cut rather than pull plant pot.only source offering it online. Got it earlier by 1 day.Not Hardy here but can grow in pot.

Tree shipped fast and was in good condition when it arrived. Not as large with leaves as in the photo, but still plenty of leaves and already needing a bigger pot for the roots. If purchasing more of this tree, I will be back to buy from this seller again.
