Payment Methods

We are happy to accept payments via PayPal or any major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express).

Checkout

You must complete our eBay certified checkout. Please use the checkout link from your listing detail page or from the Winning Bidder email you receive directly from us.

Combining Multiple Item Purchases

We are happy to combine shipping charges on multiple item purchases! Your unpaid items can be combined within 7 days of the first win or Buy It Now. You must make a single payment to receive combined shipping.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped to a California address will be charged state sales tax of 8.75%.

Processing Time

We make every effort to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Domestic Shipping

Delivery Confirmation is included on all U.S. shipments at no extra cost. The three domestic shipping options available in our checkout are:

• USPS First Class Mail (usually 5-7 day service) $1.75
• USPS Priority Mail (usually 2-3 day service) $4.95
• USPS Expess Mail (1-2 day service - not guaranteed overnight by USPS) $19.75

International Shipping

We combine shipping! Just make a single, combined payment for all of your items and pay just one shipping fee. International shipping fees are:

• USPS Airmail $2.50 plus $1.25 required insurance.

Shipping Insurance

Optional insurance is available for US orders, and mandatory on International orders. Once we ship a package, we are not responsible for delays, loss or damages caused by the shipping company. We strongly encourage buyers to purchase delivery insurance for all orders.

All of Evercharming’s products carry a 30-day money back guarantee, from the date the package is delivered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve all issues. Returns are processed on Fridays and emails are sent by the end of Friday confirming you item(s) has been received and refunded or exchanged.

All orders are shipped with complete return and exchange instructions. Returns must have the order number marked clearly on the outside of the package or the processing of your return may be delayed. Once we receive your and inspect your item we will contact you via email to confirm your refund is being processed. This process takes up to one week from the date we receive your return. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Be sure to send your return merchandise via a traceable method (delivery confirmation or insured mail). We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen or damaged en route. Do not ship items in standard letter envelopes. The USPS machinery rips envelopes with lumps (charms or bracelets) inside and we end up receiving torn, empty envelopes and cannot recover the items to complete your return or exchange.
