Return Policy for Toys, R/C Toys, Home Decorations and other items (except for Movies & Wholesale/Bulk Buy items)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in New & Unused condition, and it is within 3 days of receiving items. All merchandise returned or exchanged will be subject to a 20% restocking fee less the shipping charges. Shipping and handling on return merchandise will not be refunded or covered by us. All returns must have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted.
*** Please note: R/C Helicopters are very sensitive toys, crashing or banging it against hard object will shorten its life thus we won't be able to accept returns or exchanges if you play and crash them . Only DOA (Defective on Arrival) can be exchange, and only unused & unopened can be return for either exchange or refund , minus the shipping & handling charges.
Terms For U.S Customers
By bidding or buying from our store, you agreed with all our terms, policies, and agree to pay Shipping and Handling fees.
- All sales are final.
- We offer a 3 days DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty for defective items. Warranty will be voided by use, abuse or modifying of the item, RC Helicopters are very sensitive toys, it wouldn't be fair to us if you crash it and ask us for refund or exchange.
- Defective items can be return for exchange or full refund, minus shipping & handling.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping item back in case of exchange or refund.
- All Loss/Damaged must be filed against shipping vendors (we highly recommend customers to pay for shipping insurance)
- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable and non negotiable.
- No Return or Exchange after 3 days of receiving item will be honored.
- Return or refund can take up to 10 business days to process.
- All items must be in new and re-saleable condition, including the original box, packaging, and accessories.
- Return items are all subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) from us to be accepted. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving item to obtain an RA# .

All Sales are FINAL!!! No Returns and No Exchanges.All damages (or lost) by Shipping Carrier (USPS International Priority Mail) will be filed against Shipping Insurance. Also, IT'S BETTER TO BUY 2 OR MORE TO SAVE MONEY ON SHIPPING. YOU CAN USE THE SHIPPING'S CALCULATOR AT THE BOTTOM AND SEE IT.
International Customers will be responsibled to pay for any Import duties, taxes, or local fees if applicable.

Return Policy for DVDs
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you receive a defective item return it to us and we will send you a replacement if we have same item in stock, otherwise we will refund the full amount you paid for item (minus shipping & handling fee)
Unopened items : New DVDs may be returned to us for a FULL refund within 7 days of purchase minus a 20% restocking fee. We cannot return any shipping and handling charges. DVD (s) must be in original condition : manufactory sealed, never opened, never been used .
Opened items : New DVDs may be returned within 7 days of purchase minus a 50% open item fee. We cannot return any shipping and handling charges.
Previously Viewed : Un-returnable since they come in opened box . These DVDs are previously viewed from our rental Customers and in better condition compare to the DVDs you purchase from other video stores. We will always try our best to describe the condition of those DVDs. It would be unfair to us if someone bought a previously viewed movie, watch it, make a copy then return to us and ask for full refund .
How We Process Return: Please read instruction below.
1. Contact us with the list of item(s) you purchased from us , please include names and items numbers you wish to return.
2. Once we received your submission, we will review and contact you back with an RA number. (NOTE: You will need this number to include in with return package. Any package return to us without the RA number will not get process.)
3. Once you received an RA number from us, please have this number included in with your return package and mail it to us.
