NEW EBAY POLICY NOTICE

Ebay's new policy regarding BUY IT NOW, FIXED PRICE, and STORE INVENTORY items requires that these items MUST be listed at a minimum of $1.00. This affects us greatly since our store name is 99CentPrints. Please note that our Auction items still start at 99 cents. You can still purchase our prints for 99 cents if you place a bid and win the item for 99 cents. Thanks for your understanding.

Shipping Rates
We prefer PayPal. Payment due within 7 days of purchase. Shipping is as follows:

USA
16x20 Prints:
$5.75 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.
8x10 Prints:
$3.65 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.

CANADA
16x20 Prints:
$6.99 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.
8x10 Prints:
$4.99 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.

WORLDWIDE
16x20 Prints:
$9.99 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.
8x10 Prints:
$7.99 for the first then $1.95 for each additional print.

IF YOU MIX PRINT SIZES THE SHIPPING RATE FOR THE LARGER PRINT APPLIES

Q:What is your return policy?
A:It is our hope that you enjoy your art. If you are not happy we will refund your money. Buyer assumes responsibility for damaged items if insurance is not purchased. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping. Items must be returned undamaged. Refunds will not be given if item cannot be restocked.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Yes. Items purchased within seven days can be combined. Please do not pay for items individually. This creates problems which are difficult to rectify. You should be able to combine your items when paying by choosing to "Include Other Eligible Items". If you cannot figure out how to combine items please contact us via email.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Most items arrive within 7-10 days of payment. The USPS estimates are their shipping time frame not ours. Do not expect your item to arrives within the USPS estimates. We process orders in the order of payment and generally ship within 2-3 days. We do not ship on weekends or Holidays which may slow down shipment.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:Yes. Please keep in mind that shipping time can be very long for International purchases. You are responsible for Taxes, Duties, Custom fees, etc. Some countries may hold your items for pick-up and fees payment. Please understand your Country's policy BEFORE you purchase our prints.
Q:What is the paper quality of your prints?
A:We work with multiple Publishers so paper quality varies. We try to only work with companies which publish on good quality paper. Most of our item are excellent quality for the price. Generally, paper quality can be determined by the "Buy It Now" price. BIN items priced $1 are on MEDIUM quality paper. BIN items @ $1.25 are on HIGH Quality paper.
Q:Do you really inventory Five Million prints?
A:Yes. More than that actually. It takes a 12,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse to store them! Currently we have four full time employees who help process our ebay orders.
