As an antidote to the type of service you and I normally receive both online and off, we will do things differently here. As well as stocking a variety of interesting things, and adding new products all the time, I will provide a level of service most are unaccustomed to. This means:

• Thorough and accurate product descriptions.
• Clear, concise pictures of the actual product - no stock pictures will be used if at all possible.
• Prompt communication, meaning quick response to any inquiries, and notification at the time of shipment.
• Shipment of product within one business day of cleared payment. In the rare instance there is a shipping delay, you will be notified immediately.
